Collect some quantity of ginger and garlic together, mix them with 10 pieces of lime and soak the mixture with 1 litre of water or soda water.
Dosage: 2 tots 3 times daily.
Collect another quantity of garlic and ginger, grind them together and mix them with shea butter and rob on the affected area, morning and night. If posible two times during the night.
Note: Avoid taking in things that are chilled or cold and don’t expose yourself when it is raining.
